KDE Telepathy chat window

KDE Telepathy People,

I've uploaded everything I've done on the KDE chat handler (in my previous 
email) to KDEs SVN. It can be found at : trunk/playground/network/telepathy-
chat-handle . It's not meant to be even close to finished - but I don't think 
it's too far away.

There is a big readme uploaded and this contains everything you might need to 
know. If not, send me an email.

As always, feedback welcome patches welcome even more :-D
