Please post "mc-tool dump" output.

As for general connection problems, can you please start ktp-debugger (install
if not present) and paste the output from "mission control" tab and "gabble"
tab if you're connecting with jabber/google account or "haze" if anything else.
Please attach those in files, don't paste it in the report.
