The package is kde-telepathy-desktop-applets. I don't know why it didn't
install automatically but I did it manually and set the option in systray.
There was just one option: the new one. After that I had two applets at the
same time. I logged out and logged back in and now it finally works. 

I'm still in trouble with account management but this one is solved. Thanks a
lot.
