Thanks for the report.

This is however a report for telepathy-gabble, the xmpp backend and as such
should be filed at http://bugs.freedesktop.org - product telepathy - component
gabble. 

KDE Telepathy is "just" the UI layer on top of Telepathy, we don't do any
protocol related stuff (like XEPs).

In case telepathy-gabble already implements that XEP, we can see how we could
add teh UI for it, but till then, this just won't be possible, sorry.
