When I send a message to a contact who has multiple jabber clients running on
different computers, only one client receives it. Looks like KTP sends the
message to one of the jabber resource of the contact. I would like to always
send messages to all jabber resources, so that the person reads a message as
soon as he is at any of his computers.

As the first step we can implement choosing the destination jabber resource.
AFAIR, Kopete has this possibility to select one jabber resource to talk to.
