Thanks for getting in touch.

So all of KDE Telepathy is ported to Plasma 5 and everything works, but it will
be released together with KDE Applications 15.04 in April.

Till that time, you can either ask your distribution to provide daily builds of
KDE Telepathy, or you can build it yourself (it's not that hard but takes a bit
of time) or you'll just have to wait, sorry :)
