Current situation:
* user select "manul" mode
* the other guy sends a message with opportunistic mode (aka whitespace hack)
to inform the user, that she supports OTR
* nothing shows the user, that the other guy supports OTR

What should be changed:
The user should be informed about, that encryption is possible with the other
guy
(generation of key is already triggered by the opportunistic mode)
