Current situation:

* an account without OTR Key
* a message with "witesapce hack" comes in 
* triggers a  generation of a key
* while generation a key the unencrypted message is not displayed and the chat
window is completly empty (but visible in the notification area)
* after generation the key the message is displayed, but the chat window don't
start a encrypted message

Two things should be changed:
1. the unencrypted message should be displayed instantly
2. the chat window should show, that a key is generated in background
3. normal unencrypted chat should be possible within the generation phase
4. the chat window should inform the user, if the key is available and should
ask him if she wants to switch
