I fixed the issue by deleting ~/.kde4/share/config/nepomuk*,
~/.kde4/share/apps/nepomuk/ and ~/.local/share/nepomuk-contact-images/ after
dvratil pointed me to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/36801 on IRC. There seems
to be some issue when virtuoso was up- and then downgraded.
