File transfer on the Yahoo messenger protocol do not work, either way.
Cannot receive files, cannot send files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
A. 1. open a conversation with a contact on the Yahoo messenger protocol
    2. the "Send file" button is greyed out
B. 1. ask someone running yahoo messenger on windows to send you a file
    2. there is no notification that the file is coming. The windows user waits
for file transfer acceptance.
    3. when the windows user cancels the file transfer I get a notification
that the file transfer has been canceled.
Actual Results:  
No file transfer works on yahoo.

Expected Results:  
File transfer to work.

AFAIK telepathy uses libpurple (pidgin library). On pidgin you can receive
files on the yahoo messenger protocol.
