Attempt to install adium skin for ktp fails with unknown protocol in FF and
attempt to manually run /usr/lib64/kde4/libexec/ktp-adiumxtra-protocol-handler
adiumxtra://www.adiumxtras.com/download/1385 ends with error message with file
which cannot be found in tmp (and indeed, it is not here).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run /usr/lib64/kde4/libexec/ktp-adiumxtra-protocol-handler
adiumxtra://www.adiumxtras.com/download/1385
2. You'll end up with message that file in tmp does't exist.
Actual Results:  
You'll get error message

Expected Results:  
ktp chat skin is installed using adiumxtra protocol
