When the KDE IM accounts configuration dialog is opened in the systemsettings,
it fits nicely onto my screen. However, when I open the "KDE IM Contacts"
application and go to "Instant Messaging Settings", the dialog has a minimum
vertical size of 660px (measured on a monitor with higher resolution). Thus, I
can not see the OK/Apply/Cancel buttons on the netbook. There is a lot of
vertical free space in the dialog.
