When I close plasmoid with the quit button, quick chat is closed correctly, but
when I reopen chat window for a new message, the size of the plasmoid is at
minimum.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. close chat window with the close button
2. open a new incoming message
3.
Actual Results:  
the size of the plasmoid isn't remembered, only input box is visble

Expected Results:  
chat plasmoid size is the previous.
