I've assigned a shortcut to quick chat plasmoid. When new message arrives,
pressing the shortcut doesn't open the chat window (in kopete I can do this)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. assign a shortcut to quick chat plasmoid
2. new message arrives
3. press shortcut
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
press the assigned shortcut open the chat window
