- Not using system proxy configuration
 - When the proxy is configured in account's advanced settings it is used but
in case the proxy is not acessible ktp connects directly and shows no
information to the user which i think should not be the default behavior



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure system proxy
2. Stop the proxy
3. Change status to online
Actual Results:  
Account status changes to online

Expected Results:  
Since the proxy is down, an error should be presented

 - Facebook account works correctly
