If you disable KWallet at all - ktp won't connect to any account. I've tried on
Jabber and ICQ accounts.
With KWallet enabled everything's ok.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable KWallet
2. Go online
Actual Results:  
Telepathy can't connect, it just stalls
