Actually, it's v8plusa (which means v8plus + vis + prefetch) + 
explicit cache prefetch ratios: "-xtarget=ultra2 -xarch=v8plusa".
This requires the UltraSPARC I extensions. It will probably run on 
UltraSPARC I processors as well, but these are slower to begin with 
(by today's standards).
