Hi,

the KDE on Solaris web pages tells us the installation and
upgrading instructions specific to KDE on Solaris (Official
GCC compiled version) can be found here:

  http://ftp.tiscali.nl/kde/stable/3.3.1/contrib/Solaris/GCC/8/

This page is not reachable. Does anyone know a mirror?
