[kde-solaris] Scribus missing Splash screen.

Not ok. But it's beginning to make sense. This is so messed up. :-(

I will repackage Scribus tonight. I can't figure out why gmake 
DESTDIR=$DESTDIR install skipped the scribus share directory.
