[kde-solaris] file chooser crash from unicode functions in QT

I just figured that setting:

export KURLCOMPLETION_LOCAL_KIO="1"

solves the problem. thanks Stefan for that info.
Anyone, what does this var do and why should it fix
the problem I mentioned?
