[kde-solaris] KDE Core Dumps on Exit from Solaris 8

Hi Folks,

I'm seeing a couple of problems with running KDE on Solaris 8.  This is
being run from Windows 2000 connecting using XWin32 to SunBlade 1000s with
the latest patch cluster.  It seems that there can be problems connecting in
that sometimes it will hang and on exiting gracefully it creates a core
dump.  There doesn't appear to be anything in the messages log but the core
dump has these errors in it:
