If this is HAVE_GETDOMAINNAME in kdelibs, see
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50754 for details (fixed HEAD, but this
change doesn't see to have made it into 3.1).

This is discussed in http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45616, but since
the bug was closed on 2002-09-24, it was probably overlooked?
