[kde-solaris] arts 1.1.3 ++

i posted message before about configuring arts-1.1.3 with QT 3.2.0
because i had a problem with QT3.2 i recompile QT3.1.0 and start configuring 
arts1.1.3
for my amuzment i got same error

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.1.0) (library qt-mt) not 
found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!

i have qt in my env set correctly i have library qt-mt in /usr/local/qt/lib 
what is a problem someone help me out.
