Season of KDE 2020 application

Hey
This mail is regarding Season of KDE. I want to work on ROCS. I executed
some basic graphs on the software and identified some basic issues. I
wanted to have a discussion regarding the potential solutions and
improvements. I mailed the same to the listed mentor(Caio Tonetti). I hope
we can start a discussion here so that I can design my proposal accordingly.
