To work with the Rocs team, you'll need to contact that team, and see if
there is someone who is interested in mentoring you. See
https://kde.org/applications/education/org.kde.rocs for more information.
You will need a proposal, not just a vague idea of working with the team.

Same with Plasma Mobile -- find the team and talk with them.

It is expected that prospective SoK entrants will do some basic research,
such as how to contact the teams.
