desire to learn something

HELLO kde ,
                           I am interested in coding and i want to
participate in google summer of code
2019 under your organization.i need some guidance from you.I am good at
coding in programming languages such as C and C++  but i don't have any
clarity about the process to be followed in google summer of code.so  help
me if you feel i'm necessary.
