Hi, Valorie!

Here in Krita we have two Russian students and they do pretty well! :) 
They've got git account (actually, they got it even before application) 
and started their branches with some bits of code. We also had a couple 
of discussions about the design of their projects.

They are not much active on the main IRC channel (they are a bit 
difficult with English), but we have created a separate Russian-speaking 
telegram channel where they already give advices to 8 new students, who 
are going to work on Krita as part of their university practice this 
year. So they became a core of that localized university community :)
