GSoC final evaluation

Hello,

I wanted to inform the other students that I am able to edit my final
evaluations present on the main dashboard
<https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/dashboard/> *, *although the Work
Product Submission Guidelines
<https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/help/work-product> has a
note that states otherwise. I think what they mean is you can not change
the evaluation after the deadline i.e *Tuesday, August 29th at 16:00 UTC*

If anyone is experiencing a different behavior, please report here.
