New email address for contacting to admins

Please take a note that, due to organizational reasons, KDE SoC admin team 
have now new point of contact,

kde-soc-management at kde.org

instead of kde-soc-mentor-owner at kde.org which was being used previously. So 
if you want to discuss any issue or need help feel free to use this new 
email address.
