tasks and mentors needed for Google Code-in

Heya folks :)

Google Code-in is on again and we're planning to apply. It'd be
awesome if some of the former GSoC, SoK and GCI students become
mentors this year for GCI.
We need tasks in various areas (not just code) for our application. If
you have ideas please add them to the wiki.
