SoK certificate/t-shirt update

Heya folks :)

I'm really sorry. The t-shirts and certificates are taking a while. I
just wanted to give you a quick heads-up to let you know that I have
not forgotten about them and that you will still get them if you've
successfully completed your project.

The initial design we got from the designer for the t-shirts
unfortunately couldn't be printed and I'm waiting for a replacement at
the moment.
