second job next to GSoC

Heya folks,

Someone approached me about one of KDE's GSoC students having another
job next to GSoC. They didn't say who it was.
I would like to remind everyone that we consider GSoC  a fulltime job
and that everyone of you was asked about any other obligations during
the GSoC time they might have. If anyone has two jobs and did not
declare that during the application period now is the time to come and
talk to me/make a decision.
