Umbrello and Calligra

Visio is branded as part of Microsoft Office, so I would say it does
make sense for an Office suite to have a diagramming program. You
could see it being handy to be able to embed a diagram into a Stage
presentation etc.

I do agree with Lydia 100% that it is up to John.
