Reminder: Soft pencils-down date

Today is the "suggested" or "soft" pencils-down date for GSoC. As
Google's text says:

Take a week to scrub code, write tests, improve documentation, etc.

There is another week to go before the firm pencils-down date. That
means that this week is a great time for you (students) and you
(mentors) to make sure that you are all on the same page; that
expectations have been met (and resolve them if they have not); etc.

As always, let the admins know (kde-soc-mentor-owner at kde.org) ASAP if
there are any issues.
