Well, for now there already is, under development, an AnnotationPlugin for
dbpedia, which you can find at
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/base/nepomuk-kde/annotation/plugins/dbpedia/;
I don't know if is something that can be useful to you, I'm sure Sebastian
Trueg can tell you more precisely its capabilities.
