Fixed, along with some other updates which have been on my localhost version 
for several months.

Actually 0.9.2 is a bit outdated, and a new release should be done. You're 
probably better off with the SVN code for now.
Here's the list of most important changes since 0.9.2:
* i18n'd entry names, the "best" language is chosen based on HTTP referrers if 
available
* recursive SVN scanning for larger projects
* automatic creation of provider.xml file (yeah!)
* XML Schema checking for uploaded meta files, although isn't quite usable 
yet, see the other mail about XSD shortcomings

Try to install it and then read man ghns(7) and hotstuff(7) to get started.
