Please do. It's the best documentation we have so far and
was used to set up e.g. the Phonon and Kate repositories
correctly to match Amarok's and Konvi's. Basically, if
you want to make a wiki page it's about turning that
email (and the mails it links to, and the attached screen-
shot) into a wiki page. It's the current rules for how to
set up a KDE project on Gitorious.org.

Jeremy had actually started doing that, but I don't know
what became of it.
