I think what's missing is putting together a comprehensive proposal to
bring to k-c-d. Some of that requires more infrastructure work and
mostly its just more planning. An IRL meeting would be useful for
that, but like everyone else I couldn't take a week off. Maybe a
weekend. :)

I really like the idea of weekly IRC meetings. Would help keep us on track.
