I also think this thread is getting waaay to confusing, I don't know what the
current state is and what is being proposed.
Bottom line for me is that we should have one group on gitorious which is the
equivalent of getting your svn account. I.e. you can commit anywhere in any
kde projects mainline or stable branch and do any sort of merging etc.
