[Kde-scm-interest] Post-commit hooks script

Hello guys.

The post-update script is ended for 
CCMAIL: CCBUG: BUG: FEATURE:

I have test it with simple pushes and simple commits, and it works as 
expected. I send it with this mail, don't hesitate to point me problems !
