[Kde-scm-interest] Accountability, concrete suggestion

The only thing I'm scared about is non-techie people, which I'm used to work
with (in KDE) on a daily basis.
Infact, they can barely use SVN, and some of them just because there's esvn to
back them up. We also have some great contributors (like Nuno Pinheiro) who
are also dislexic and have huge troubles in using the command line, and for
them is certainly a no-no.
For those people SVN is already really extremely complicated, they won't use
more than 3 commands and their workflow should remain the same, if we want to
keep them happy and productive within KDE.
I think that for a successful migration we should really setup the repos in a
way that they will really be able to use git as they use SVN right now, just
with a different prefix, or with another graphical application to help them.
That's what definitely scares me most, more than accountability, even.
