You need to talk with some of the KDE Brasil promotion teams. There are two of 
them: Live Blue, which has Tomaz Canabrava on it (CC), and there is KDE Minas 
Gerais -- I don't know any email addresses of people on it, but they have 
*gorgeous* T-shirts. There must be a dozen or more people actively involved.
