KDAB's KDE4 windows builds

Hi Till, Jaroslaw,

I'm writing you because I assume you guys do most of the windows builds and 
have nice infrastructure set up. For the EBN we're thinking of doing a 
build-dashboard for various non-linux OSsen (Dirk's dashboard manages Linux 
fairly well). What kind of tools are you using? MSVC + ? Would it be feasible 
to do a 'make nightly' and scp the resulting logs (through a 
CTestConfig.cmake file) to the EBN?
