EBN krazy weirdness solved

For along time we've been bumping up against half-complete listings of issues 
and total issue counts that do not match the displayed graphs. [1] showed 
this quite well, with 202 kdevelop issues and no koffice shown at all. I've 
tracked it down to badly placed {}s and inconsistent PHP syntax (so what else 
is new) and fixed it.
