Hi there,

The best place to start -- "hi, I want to help" -- is the kde-quality mailing 
list (CC'ed); over there they will tell you to look at developer.kde.org to 
find out how to compile KDE, that i18n.kde.org is for localization issues (in 
case you would like to help the Latvian translation) and that the best best 
thing to do is to find an itch -- a bug or feature -- to scratch and just 
work on it.
