kmail's not better in english:

New Message
Check Mail In
Reply
Forward
Previous Unread Message
Next Unread Message
Move to Trash
Find Messages

could probably just be:

New (or Compose?)
Get Mail
Reply
Forward
Previous
Next
Trash
Find

incidently, this is very similar to what outlook or mail.app have.
