then why is it lodged against the wrong component in bugs.kde.org?
why are there no screenshots, no config files, no description of your X setup?
all there is is a rather sketchy explanation of the problem.
clarity and supporting information are a must. quality in bug reporting leads
to quality in fixes.

2 users have confirmed on 2 systems. i dunno if it's just me but when someone
overstates the case it bugs me and makes me want to go take care of the other
N outstanding issues ;)
now ... let me guess: you are using a dual head set up? if so, this has
already been reported and your bug is a duplicate. unfortunately i no longer
have a xinerama rig to test against so there have been regressions since 3.4
(when did have access to a xinerama system)
dual head is straight out not supported in kde.
