In Konqueror I use man:/ fish:/ sftp:/ ftp:/ smb:/ info:/... maybe I've tried 
the most protocols KDE allows.

So Konqueror is an app for showing all kind of documents and files (local, 
remote, http, man...).

Anyway I don't find useful "Fonts" and "Printer" setup in the sidebar of 
Konqueror because they are not documents, no files. IMO they should be just 
in a better Kcontrol.
