Video Tutorials - Base Structure

With the video tutorial project, i need advice - therefore i would like
someone to advice which content management system or maybe gallery we should
base it on. Personally I use joomla for projects, otherwise i am willing to
change, typo looks good, but any thing that is good to use would be brill.
As I can install it on my webspace, that uses php and mysql - possibly
someone doing research into it.

for example
drupal - doesn't have many image galleries
joomla - multiple components that integrates galleries
typo - some image gallery components

I will use this and install it and set up page with information on it -
where it will have to be a homepage for it. would be greatful if someone
could contact me if expertise in web development!
