Project for new developer

The KPackMan game is no longer being maintained:

	http://kpacman.sourceforge.net/

and it appears that it needs someone to take it over.

The current status is that it won't compile with the current GCC 3.x.y 
and probably the same with GCC 4.x.y as well.  So, the code needs to be 
cleaned up a little.

I have used it and have found no bugs.

Perhaps with a little work, it could be included in KDEGames.
